<In the case of introducing an employment contract without a fixed term>
For any candidate Hyre introduces to the Client, Hyre will charge a consulting fee equal to GREATER of 3,000,000 JPY (Minimum Fee) or 35% of the Candidate’s first-year annual gross total compensation.
<In the case of introducing an employment contract with a fixed term>
For any candidate Hyre introduces to the Client, Hyre will charge a consulting fee equal to GREATER of 3,000,000 JPY (Minimum Fee) or 35% of the Candidate’s first-year annual gross total compensation.
The fee shall be borne by the Client (employer).

If a candidate (job seeker) hired through our introduction leaves the job due to personal reasons or reasons attributable to themselves, we will refund a portion of the referral fee received by the employer, according to the following periods and ratios.
The refund of a portion of the referral fee will be as follows:
- If resignation occurs within 30 days after joining, 80% of the referral fee will be refunded.
- If resignation occurs within (more than) 30 days and up to 60 days after joining, 50% of the referral fee will be refunded.
- If resignation occurs within (more than) 60 days and up to 90 days after joining, 10% of the referral fee will be refunded.
However, if the job candidate (job seeker) leaves due to the employer's actions violating any labor-related laws, no referral fee will be refunded.
Please not that the refund system may differ under the service agreement.

Hyre will handle personal information obtained from job seekers or employers properly, in accordance with the 'Personal Information Proper Management Regulations.' The 'Personal Information Proper Management Regulations' of our office are as follows:
- Article 1: The scope of staff within the office who are authorized to handle personal information shall be limited to the employees of the Operations Division. The person responsible for handling personal information will be the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services, Irismat Musamatov.
- Article 2: The Responsible Person for Recruiting Services will conduct annual education and guidance on the handling of personal information for the staff mentioned in Article 1 within the office. Moreover, the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services is required to attend a training session at least once every five years.
- Article 3: Handlers must, upon a request for disclosure of personal information by the individual concerned, promptly disclose information based on objective facts such as qualifications and work experience held by the individual. Furthermore, upon receiving a request for correction (including deletion; the same applies hereafter) based on this information, if the request matches objective facts, correction must be made without delay. Additionally, the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services will make efforts to inform job seekers and others about the handling of disclosures or corrections of personal information.
- Article 4: In the event of a complaint from the person concerned regarding their personal information, the complaint handler will deal with it sincerely and appropriately. The person responsible for handling complaints related to the handling of personal information will be the Responsible Person for Recruiting Services, Irismat Musamatov.
